Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Fitit ("the App", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or playing Fitit, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

The App

Fitit is a shape-fitting puzzle game. You can play as a guest — no account, email, or password is required. Your progress is tied to your device via an anonymous identifier, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Virtual Currency & Items

• Coins, XP, avatars, hints, and similar in-game items ("Virtual Items") have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, sold, transferred, or redeemed outside the App.
• Fitit does not currently offer real-money purchases. Virtual Items are earned by playing, completing levels, daily puzzles, and watching optional rewarded ads.
• We may adjust, reset, or discontinue Virtual Items, rewards, or in-game balances at any time, including for correcting errors or abuse.

Advertising

The App displays ads via Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads that grant in-game bonuses. Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice — the App never requires it to keep playing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation (bots), or unauthorized third-party tools to modify or interfere with the App
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App outside of what's permitted by law
• Use an offensive, impersonating, or misleading display name
• Interfere with the App's servers, security, or other players' ability to use it

Your Content

The only content you provide is your chosen display name and avatar selection. You're responsible for keeping it appropriate; we may reset a display name that violates the Acceptable Use section above.

Account & Data

Since Fitit doesn't require a traditional account, "termination" means your saved progress tied to your device/anonymous identifier. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see Privacy Policy for how. We may also suspend or reset access for anyone found violating these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, artwork, puzzles, and code are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any ownership rights — just a personal, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your progress/Virtual Items will never be lost (e.g. due to device changes, reinstalls, or technical issues) — though we take reasonable steps to prevent that.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of progress, Virtual Items, or data.

Changes to the App or These Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
